About us

Passionate about everything related to art, I have worked on several projects over the past few years, starting from hair accessories to wedding decoration. But Joyful Design is the one closer to my heart.

My name is Roxana Rus and Joyful Design started in 2015 when I opened the Facebook page with my husband Alex. He is also the one who supports me, encourages me and helps me a lot on the administrative side. I initially created this page to sell accessories and tulle skirts. 

But the story began a long time ago. Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by drawing and sewing so over the years I have invested in this particular field, finishing a sewing course and a fashion design course.

Another beautiful chapter started when a good friend of mine got pregnant for the second time. Wanting to surprise her with a maternity photo shoot, I created my first maternity dress. From then on the story blossomed into what Joyful Design is today.

I can't wait to see how this story develops and with your help it will definitely grow into something amazing! I am very thankful to everyone who has been by my side all these years and who trusted me with their dresses.
